Heat Treating
At Elm Plating Company, we take pride in our heat treating services. We use state-of-the-art neutral hardening methods to heat treat your all-metal fasteners and stampings. To complete our unique heat treating process, we pre-clean and pre-treat your materials and then use our highly controlled and monitored system of hardening, oil quench and tempering to heat treat your 10B21 to 1070 carbon steel parts up to 170mm in overall length.
Our lead times are only 2-3 days, and we can offer custom sorting, packaging and shipping. Plus, nothing leaves our facilities without meeting or exceeding the toughest industry standards, including all automotive OEM specifications and CQI-9 compliance.
